CEO at Aganorsa Leaf

Aganorsa Leaf is famous for our Cuban-seed Corojo 99 leaf. Every blend we make contains some Corojo 99 and as the only major growers of this varietal in Nicaragua it is a crucial part of what gives us our signature taste. We have experimented with other Corojo variants but until recently we never found one that both met our standards for flavor and aroma and complimented our Corojo 99 and Criollo 98 varietals. That all changed with Corojo 2012. Corojo 2012 is not only flavorful and balanced in taste, it also can be integrated into our blends to add additional complexity and finesse.

This exciting new Nicaraguan puro uses 100% Aganorsa Leaf tobacco and is wrapped in our new Corojo 2012 Cover Leaf.

Named after the three-headed hound from Greek mythology, The Guardian of the Farm Cerberus is the first blend to utilize this new tobacco as a cover leaf. When you light up a Cerberus, you find, in addition to the mouthwatering syrup and gentle spice of our Corojo 99 and the earthy salt of Criollo 98, a pronounced influence of the Corojo 2012: leather, sweetness, and a clean finish. We hope you enjoy this new expression of Aganorsa. Look for it in retail tobacconists nationwide!
